AMD LQ Series Belt-type Sorter (AI+4-View)
The LQ Series features a 360° four-view vision system specifically designed for cashew sorting. It removes black silk, belly silk, black spots, and subtle discoloration with high precision. Optional deep learning configuration further enhances accuracy in detecting minute color differences and impurities.
AMD X-ray Foreign Object Detector (AI+X-ray+Visible Light)
Integrating Visible Light and X-ray imaging with deep learning AI, this detector identifies internal defects and dense contaminants.Together, the two systems deliver comprehensive quality control from surface to core, ensuring consistent "Accept" grade output.
Results
The facility now processes 300 tons of cashews daily, producing premium-grade finished products with consistent quality suitable for demanding export markets. The integrated system maximizes yield, minimizes waste, and ensures that only the highest-grade cashews reach the final product.
